The 12' x 10' enclosed unit is great for personal storage. The 12' x 20' and 12' x 25' enclosed units are great for household storage, business items, and small vehicles.

12' x 30', 12' x 35', and 12' x 40' enclosed units work well for boats and RVs, with Enclosed Tall versions offering 12 feet of clearance. Covered parking is available in 30, 35, 40, 45, and limited 70 foot lengths for RVs.

Covered parking protects RVs from the top, back, and sides while keeping an open front. Most covered spaces are designed for back-in access, while the 12' x 40' and 12' x 70' covered spaces are pull-through options.

Enclosed units have concrete floors and metal roll-up doors, with options for household storage, vehicles, boats, RVs, equipment, and commercial items. Enclosed Tall units offer 12 feet of clearance for taller boats and RVs.

The facility has gated access, security cameras, and 24-hour keypad entry. Units are designed with 90 feet of space in front for easier backing in.
